Cancellation

Sign in, open Settings, choose Account, and use the billing controls to cancel. Link or Stripe hosts the secure subscription-management step. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the billing screen states otherwise, and access remains available through that paid-through date.

Cancel a trial before its displayed end time to avoid the first charge. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Canceling does not normally refund the current period; see the Refund Policy.

A subscription purchased through Apple must be canceled in Apple's subscription settings. ShootFeed's web billing controls cannot cancel an App Store subscription, and deleting a ShootFeed account does not cancel it automatically.

Use ShootFeed support before the renewal date. Include the account email and a non-sensitive description of what you see. Do not include payment-card details or passwords.
