FAQ
Pending is an approval status. A pending post can still be on the master schedule, have a custom schedule, or remain unscheduled.
Master uses the profile’s recurring posting cadence. Custom locks a post to a specific date and time. Unscheduled keeps the post available in the grid but outside the active queue.
Unscheduled posts do not appear on the calendar. Find them in the grid under Unscheduled and assign a master or custom schedule when you are ready.
ShootFeed records the partial result, alerts you, and keeps the post available for review. Open the post detail to see the failed destination and retry when the account is healthy.
For connected accounts with insights enabled, ShootFeed brings together provider-reported post results, best-time patterns, and audience growth. Available metrics vary by platform and account.
During the private beta, publishing is limited to connected test accounts while Meta production access is reviewed. Wider account linking opens only after Meta approves the public app permissions.
ShootFeed is the planning and publishing workspace. Platform rules, moderation, account eligibility, and provider outages can still affect a post after it leaves ShootFeed.
During the invitation-only beta, ShootFeed targets an initial response within one business day. Security, privacy, account-access, and unexpected-publication reports receive same-day priority triage whenever practical.
Beta testers can send a question or bug report from Settings → Support so the request stays tied to the right account.
