ShootFeed billing
Refund Policy
How refund requests are handled for ShootFeed web and App Store subscriptions.
Effective September 6, 2026
Try before the first charge
The Creator web plan is expected to include a 14-day trial when paid checkout opens. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. The exact trial and renewal date shown at checkout and in your billing account controls.
Subscription refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a paid period begins, and cancellation normally stops the next renewal rather than refunding unused time. We review duplicate charges, billing errors, service failures, and requests where applicable law requires a different result. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
Web purchases sold through Link
For an eligible new web purchase identified at checkout as sold through Link, Link is the merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, disputes, and transaction-level support. ShootFeed remains responsible for product support. A refund request can be started through Link's transaction support or through ShootFeed support; any approved refund returns through the original payment method under the processor's timing and rules.
An older or otherwise ineligible transaction may remain a direct Stripe transaction instead. Its receipt and billing portal identify the applicable payment arrangement. ShootFeed will not silently convert an unsupported purchase into a direct taxable sale.
App Store purchases
Apple processes and controls refund decisions for subscriptions purchased through the App Store. Request those refunds through Apple. A web cancellation or web refund request does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Request a review
Use and include the account email, charge date, amount, and receipt or invoice identifier. Do not send a full card number, security code, password, or access token. You can also review cancellation details.
