ShootFeed
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of ShootFeed, a social-media planning and publishing service operated by Joey Wright Photo LLC.
Effective July 29, 2026 · Updated September 6, 2026
Authorized use
During the private beta, ShootFeed is available only to people invited by Joey Wright Photo LLC. You may connect and manage only accounts you own or are authorized to operate, and you must follow the rules of each connected social platform.
Beta access is personal and may be suspended or removed while we test reliability, security, platform compliance, and product fit.
Private beta agreement
Before entering the private beta, invited testers must affirmatively accept the current Private Beta Agreement. That separate agreement includes confidentiality, product-ownership, limited evaluation-license, feedback, security-reporting, prohibited-copying, beta-risk, and termination terms that apply in addition to these Terms of Service.
We record the accepted agreement version, document fingerprint, account identifier, email snapshot, and acceptance time so both the tester and ShootFeed can identify the exact terms accepted. If the beta agreement materially changes, a tester may be required to review and accept the new version before continuing.
Plans, trials, and subscriptions
Private-beta access may be offered without charge. Paid plans, trials, usage limits, renewal terms, and prices will be shown before checkout. Unless a different period is shown at checkout, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Web subscriptions can be managed through the billing portal after launch. Canceling stops future renewal but does not normally create a refund for a period already paid. Any trial must be canceled before it ends to avoid the first charge. Promotional or introductory pricing may apply only to eligible accounts and may change for future subscriptions with advance notice where required.
The launch web offer is the Creator plan at $24 USD per month with the limits shown on the current Pricing page. Annual billing, Studio, Agency, storage add-ons, AI-credit purchases, and paid setup services are not currently offered through ShootFeed checkout. We will show and obtain agreement to any future plan, interval, price, or separately purchased add-on before charging for it.
Payment processing, merchant of record, and taxes
When paid web checkout opens, eligible new web subscriptions are intended to be sold through Link as merchant of record. Checkout and the receipt identify when that arrangement applies. Link handles the payment transaction, applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST calculation and collection, transaction receipts, disputes, and transaction-level support. ShootFeed remains responsible for the product and product support.
Managed-payment availability depends on the buyer's country, the product classification, the transaction type, and Stripe's current restrictions. ShootFeed does not promise availability in every country, currency, or payment method. An unsupported transaction will not be silently converted into a direct taxable sale. Any pre-existing direct Stripe subscription remains under its existing payment arrangement unless a separate, disclosed migration is offered and accepted.
Prices may be presented in a local currency and applicable transaction taxes may be added at checkout. Merchant-of-record coverage does not remove ShootFeed's separate legal, privacy, product, or business obligations. See the Refund Policy and cancellation details.
Content and publishing
You remain responsible for the rights, accuracy, approvals, tags, captions, disclosures, and suitability of all content you provide. Scheduled or automatic publishing can fail because of platform limits, expired credentials, network issues, moderation, or service outages, so important posts should be reviewed after publication.
Usage limits and fair use
Plans may include limits on profiles, scheduled posts, storage, uploads, publishing volume, AI features, and connected services. We may temporarily limit activity that threatens platform reliability, violates provider rules, creates unusual cost or security risk, or interferes with other customers.
Connected services
ShootFeed depends on third-party services including Meta, Instagram, X, Reddit, Clerk, Vercel, and Supabase. Their terms and platform policies also apply. Access may be limited or discontinued if a provider changes or withdraws an integration.
Account suspension and termination
You may stop using ShootFeed at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, unlawful content, unauthorized account operation, security risk, repeated provider-policy violations, or material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export or delete applicable data.
Account deletion is permanent. A web subscription is canceled as part of deletion, while an App Store subscription must be canceled separately through Apple. Limited transaction, security, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may remain where required or reasonably necessary.
No warranty
ShootFeed is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Joey Wright Photo LLC is not liable for indirect losses, missed posting windows, platform decisions, or third-party outages.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
