Subscription and billing help

Review the account's billing controls in Settings → Account for current subscription details and available management actions. New eligible web subscriptions use Stripe-hosted Checkout; when Checkout identifies Link as the merchant of record, Link handles the transaction, applicable indirect tax, transaction support, refunds, and disputes. Apple purchases remain separate and are managed through Apple. Help cannot charge, refund, cancel a subscription or change a plan on a customer's behalf. Pricing and entitlements shown in the current billing UI take precedence over old descriptions. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials in chat. Duplicate charges, unexpected billing and refund requests should become support tickets for authorized review; do not promise a refund or resolution.

Private beta includes a five-account publishing allowance and 30 video uploads per month. Creator includes ten publishing accounts and 30 video uploads per month. Review Plan usage in Settings → Account for the current metered usage and limits. Publishing-account usage includes YouTube and Pinterest as well as the other supported API publishing platforms. Reusing the same account across active profiles counts that identity once. Reconnecting YouTube or Pinterest by replacing its fully cleared account entry in the same profile does not require an extra publishing-account slot. New accounts still use the plan allowance. A plan allowance does not make an unavailable platform available or connect an account. Each integration still requires its own available access and authorization; storage and total-post limits also apply.

TikTok is hidden from beta users and the public, including account choices, creator identity, Contacts, Face Library, captions and publishing defaults, and performance controls. It remains available to the ShootFeed owner for private testing. Do not suggest TikTok setup or controls to beta/public users. Existing owner connections and saved settings are preserved. Public access will be enabled only after approval.
