Post results, best times, and audience growth

Performance contains Posts, Best Times, and Audience. Counts depend on connected-account permissions and what the platform returns. Different platforms expose different metrics; missing data does not necessarily mean zero. In All platforms, destinations created from the same ShootFeed post are grouped into one expandable summary while single-platform posts keep their standard layout. Expanded rows show each destination's provider-specific results. Combined exposure adds provider-reported views or impressions from destinations other than YouTube and is not a unique audience count. YouTube counts remain separate. Best-time patterns are guidance, not guaranteed reach. Check selected accounts and time ranges when numbers appear different. Report persistently missing metrics with the provider, date range and account; do not send authorization credentials.

X Audience shows its latest collected follower count as soon as a real snapshot is available. Daily history and growth still need completed days with comparable snapshots. A new connection can therefore show its follower count while its history is collecting. Past date ranges keep their own dated figures.

The small info button beside Best Times or Audience overview explains the separate YouTube totals/history when that distinction applies. Open it by hover, focus or tap; Escape or an outside tap closes it.

On mobile, the Posts / Best Times / Audience toggle fills the top row with three equal-width choices; the visible Performance title is omitted. The toggle supports tapping or sliding the highlight across its track. Release to select the nearest view; vertical swipes still scroll the page.

On mobile, Filters starts collapsed on all three Performance views. Tap its header to open the accordion containing the horizontally scrollable platform chips and the two dropdowns below them: sort order or the view's metric, followed by date range. The header summarizes the selected platform and date range. Tap it again to close; closing does not clear your selections. On desktop, platform chips stay visible and the two dropdowns remain beside the section title.

On a posted post’s detail page, the Performance section opens on All platforms. Every platform account uses the same expandable row, with its name and summary counts in the header. Open a row for its available metrics, native post button and platform-specific information. A single-platform post opens its rows expanded by default. On a multi-platform post, rows start collapsed; select a platform chip to focus and expand that destination. Separate accounts keep separate rows and links. The selected chip stays blue.

Each platform chip is one keyboard stop. Press Enter or Down Arrow to open its account menu. Clicking the platform name selects that platform; clicking its arrow opens the menu. The label stays centered while focused.

Audience access needs attention names accounts whose current audience grant needs renewal, even when older audience history remains available. Open connections opens Settings → Profiles at the first affected account. A connected account with this collection failure shows Audience access needed and Renew audience access; renewal starts provider authorization, keeps saved history, and returns to Performance afterward. A newer authorization supersedes an older access failure. Temporary collection errors or rate limits do not require renewal; wait for collection to retry. If the warning persists after successful authorization and a fresh check, report the affected account and warning to support.

TikTok is hidden from beta users and the public, including account choices, creator identity, Contacts, Face Library, captions and publishing defaults, and performance controls. It remains available to the ShootFeed owner for private testing. Do not suggest TikTok setup or controls to beta/public users. Existing owner connections and saved settings are preserved. Public access will be enabled only after approval.

On a posted card, the performance pop-up stays above the media preview and temporarily hides image navigation arrows while open. It summarizes the published destinations; it does not change the post or its carousel order.

YouTube Performance is available to admitted users with a connected channel and the existing channel and analytics permissions. Posts, Best Times and Audience include YouTube. Video results show current views, likes and comments, plus shares, engaged views and watch time when the daily report is available. Views and engaged views are different measures. YouTube daily reports use Pacific Time and can lag; missing days and omitted counts remain unavailable, not zero. Subscriber totals may be rounded or hidden. Channel subscriber history begins with actual snapshots, not invented historical totals.

A video's Public, Unlisted or Private label comes from YouTube's current response. The upload preference and a manual publishing confirmation do not prove its current visibility. Review the video in YouTube Studio if its reported visibility differs from your intent. A TikTok upload finished in the app may show Waiting for TikTok until the provider returns its public post ID; the original upload's self-only setting does not establish its final privacy. Video rows use the saved cover, or a video poster when no cover exists. Imported filename titles fall back to readable caption text, while custom titles are preserved.

YouTube interaction totals and engagement stay unavailable until likes, comments and daily shares are all available. If YouTube reports negative daily likes, that signed value is preserved in the daily report, while the derived interaction count for that day stays unavailable. Other valid daily metrics can still be collected. Current video likes remain the separate count reported by YouTube. A current subscriber count is shown without extending it backward into dates with no actual subscriber snapshot. Growth based on subscriber snapshots needs at least two real counts.

YouTube-only views keep reported counts and simple calculations from those counts. Interactions and engagement are calculated from YouTube likes, comments, shares and views, rather than being a separate YouTube-reported metric. In All platforms, YouTube is excluded from combined post totals, mixed-platform rankings and the other platforms' audience charts. Each YouTube channel has its own subscriber history. Best Times for YouTube shows historical measured averages for public videos using publication times reported by YouTube, with no weighted recommendation or prediction. Private tests and videos without a verified publication time are excluded. Select the YouTube filter to view that history separately.

Pinterest is available for connected profile accounts. A posted Standard Pin uses its Pinterest row inside Performance, with a blue View Pin / reply on Pinterest button and Check live Pinterest results in the expanded row. It reads impressions, saves, Pin clicks and outbound clicks directly from Pinterest; video views appear when available. New Pin reports can take time to populate. Unavailable counts remain unavailable, rather than zero. These organic reports are read live and are not stored as historical snapshots.

The Pinterest filter reads up to five recent Pins in the current profile within Pinterest's 90-day reporting window and the selected dates. Open an individual published post for its live report. Totals cover the available reports. Pinterest data is excluded from cross-platform comparisons and timing recommendations. The Pinterest filter appears when an account is connected, including before the first ShootFeed Pin. Published ShootFeed Pins populate the report; existing Pinterest history is not imported.

Facebook video results use the video’s linked Page post for post insights and comment/reaction counts, plus available video insights. Available video views appear as Views rather than being labelled Reach. Reactions include all reaction types. Counts omitted by Facebook stay unavailable; an empty report does not create a successful snapshot. New reports may take time to populate.

## Unavailable or removed platform posts

If a provider reports that a published destination is unavailable, Performance shows Post unavailable instead of an account-access instruction. The provider response may mean deletion, changed visibility or an inaccessible object, so ShootFeed does not claim that deletion is certain. Any last saved figures remain labelled as historical with their capture time. Without a saved snapshot, unavailable figures remain unavailable rather than zero. The original ShootFeed post, publishing receipt and other destinations remain intact; a missing native post never triggers an automatic replacement upload. Normal provider reads may restore the live display when the object becomes accessible again.

Disconnecting a platform account can remove its saved platform data. A cleared destination shows Connection data removed on the original post instead of a retry or access warning. Your ShootFeed content stays available. Reconnecting does not restore removed data or republish the post. Removed receipts are excluded from Performance cards and totals, and are not used for live Pinterest reads. Manage any existing native post on its platform.
