Getting help and following a ticket
You can skip the chat by opening Contact support. Signed-in users can open Help from the profile menu even if they hide its floating button in Settings → Appearance. On narrow mobile screens, Help opens full screen without opening the keyboard; its header stays anchored while the content and composer scroll together below it. Tap the one-line question field when you are ready to type. It grows as the question gets longer, and the suggested questions disappear after you begin typing. The public form asks for a reply email, category, short summary and details. When ShootFeed AI can offer safe guidance, its first response appears directly in the form even if the request also needs support review. Saying an answer did not solve the issue sends the same request into the support queue without requiring you to retype it. Sensitive requests and cases the AI cannot safely answer go directly to support. Signed-in customers can follow contact-form requests from Settings > Support; signed-out visitors receive updates at the email entered on the form. Every AI-answered submission also receives an email copy of that first response. Wait for the confirmation and reference before assuming a request was recorded.
Signed-in users can submit a question, bug or publishing report in Settings → Support and follow the conversation there. Include what you expected, what happened, and the page or profile involved. Reply to a ticket when the issue persists; do not assume a closed chat means it was fixed. If the AI assistant is temporarily unavailable, the regular support form remains the right path. Support reports may still receive AI-assisted investigation; skipping chat is not a promise that no AI processes the report. The Privacy Policy explains AI processing and retention. Never include passwords, API keys, payment-card details or recovery codes. No response time or successful fix is guaranteed by the chat.
The ShootFeed owner can review tickets from Admin Dashboard → Support. Choose Open full page there to open the same support workspace in a new browser tab without the Settings window. If a ticket is expanded, it opens expanded in the new tab too. The full-page workspace is available only to the owner account.
When enabled, signed-out AI Help provides a small allowance of public-guide questions, not account-specific diagnostics. It cannot see a profile or post. Anonymous chat stays in temporary browser memory rather than saved ShootFeed chat history; OpenAI still processes submitted messages. New chat or refreshing does not reset network limits. Shared networks can share the allowance. Anonymous chat does not create a ticket or carry its conversation into a signed-in account automatically; the public Contact form is the tracked intake path.
The public form uses bot and traffic-abuse controls. A failed challenge or traffic limit can prevent a submission, and shared networks can share an allowance. Do not repeatedly submit the same issue; use the reference from the first accepted request. The support mailbox remains a behind-the-scenes fallback for account or legal notices and replies, not the primary Contact-page action.
